Despite what the State Library is saying, this isn’t a political blog. I originally created it as a geekery blog with bits of social commentary thrown in (I’ll leave it to the philosophers to the debate of whether/which social commentary is political commentary…), but that dumb old S191 gone got in the way so it’s fairly easy to misunderstand the purpose of this blog. I had set up another identity called Tasmanism (with associated blog and tweep) for the political commentary. Given the S191 cock-up, I’m still deciding whether to go ahead. S191’s been interesting insofar that I’ve had invites from a couple of state politicians to wander around and live tweet them door knocking and blogging about it that night, could be fun. Would just like to line up more than one party before commencing.
